By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Quantum Tweaks (“Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Quantum Tweaks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or commercial use, subject to this Agreement.
You do not own the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.
Access is valid for the period purchased.
For the purposes of Quantum Tweaks, “Lifetime” refers to a license valid for 365 consecutive days (1 year) from the purchase date.
The term “Lifetime” is a product name only and does not mean the lifetime of the customer, the company, or the Software.
After 365 days, the license expires and a new purchase is required to continue receiving updates or activation.
Customers receive software updates released during their active license period.
Quantum Tweaks is under no obligation to continue developing or supporting the Software indefinitely.
Licenses are intended for a single customer unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Violation may result in immediate license termination.
Unless required by applicable law, all purchases are final.
Refunds may be granted solely at Quantum Tweaks’ discretion in cases such as duplicate purchases or technical issues that cannot be reasonably resolved.
You agree not to:
All software, source code, graphics, branding, logos, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Quantum Tweaks.
No ownership rights are transferred to the customer.
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Quantum Tweaks does not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Tweaks shall not be liable for:
Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
Quantum Tweaks may suspend or terminate any license immediately if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Software.
Quantum Tweaks reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

By installing or using Quantum Tweaks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.
